Chapter 28
"Battle of the M.R.F Leader: 5'th (Final) Form"

_The M.R.F Leader's legs were gigantic! We were the size of mice compared to them. It’s abdomen was somewhat the size of a cat. It also had a big sphere on its head.
Sargeant said, "I could just die!"
I replied sarcastically, "You think?"
_We scanned the form once more. "The 5'th and final form of the M.R.F Leader. It has the ability to briefly lift up objects and creatures psychically. It may even create an object. There is a hatch on the underside and on top of the foe that can be damaged simultaneously. You may be able to absorb its fire or lava with a wall of flames. You should also be able to collect electricity."
_I started at the final boss swinging at it. It didn't do anything. The M.R.F Leader countered stomping at me. I barely evaded it. Sargeant said, “Did you not read the scanner?” Pikachu shocked the enemy. A crate formed and the M.R.F Leader threw it. We all dodged the attack. Oniman threw the crate back at it. Pikachu shocked the enemy, only slowing it down as it did the last form. I threw my Electric Boomerang just as the enemy was about to strike. The M.R.F Leader shot a dark ball at us. Pikachu stood back up and fired his Laser Device. Swellow attempted to distract the M.R.F Leader, but failed. I fired my Ice Arrows at the forehead. Snap used his Electric Piece, but did not work. The final boss electrocuted China-Power until I saved him absorbing the energy with my Electric Boomerang. It was filled with power. I threw it and paralyzed the M.R.F Leader, opening the hatches. Zdog used his Missile Seekers. He harmed the foe and it turned bright red. It splattered everyone with lava, burning the crud out of us, except MIB, who absorbed it with the fire wall. It turned blue as well. Its leg generated dark energy and kicked Zdog's dad. His vision turned dim. Lumate lasered the foe. It countered stabbing Lumate. It slammed Froncees and shot a dark beam at Swellow. The M.R.F Leader made the ground split in half, creating a huge gap with water nearly deep inside it. The M.R.F Leader knocked Drix into the gap. Once his head was out of the water, he transformed the Claw Grabbers into hooks and used it to escape. I used my Ice Arrows again, but did not work.
_The final boss called in 3 Flying Red Bugs. Lumate finished one with just a small beam of light. Another charged at Pikachu in the chest. He countered shocking it. The boss hit Pikachu. Swellow zoomed into the Flying Red Bug for him. Snap electrocuted the normal enemy until it was defeated.
_Nomel charged at the M.R.F Leader, but he was picked up and thrown towards the castle. The M.R.F Leader defeated him. Froncees was shocked. "WHAT!? You have finally pushed it too far you big idiot!" Froncees grabbed the Sword of Gravity and hit the M.R.F Leader in the forehead. It jumped to the other side of the gap. Pikachu shocked the head as well and stunned the M.R.F Leader. Zdog unleashed the Missile Seekers. MIB released the blue fire wall. The foe stood up after the hit and stomped, creating a shockwave charging after Zdog. His dad swung his sword at the foe and barely hit the leg. The M.R.F Leader swung at Zdog's dad and he flew. It kicked Oniman and Laguini. Froncees activated the Chainsaw of Gravity. Snap’s dad and I crossed the other side. Swellow dived at the forehead. It shot Swellow with another beam. Pikachu absorbed the electricity and unleashed it. Zdog fired his Missile Seekers as the hatches were open again. It sparked and looked angry. The M.R.F Leader spit acid at Drix. MIB scorched the enemy with the Fire Wall Machine again. Laguini made her boot sharp and kicked the forehead. Oniman threw psychic-like frisbees. The boss threw Oniman as hard as it could. Snap's dad combined the Sword of Gravity with Lava and used it. The final foe countered, stunning Froncees with more dark beams and threw him. Morcon gave Sargeant his Poison Arrows and he fired them. Morcon thrusted the Ice Wall Machine, freezing the heck out of the M.R.F Leader.
_Then, the foe called in 5 Compute-Airs. One of them zapped Swellow. Snap’s dad beamed the Electric Boomerang. The Compute-Air came back briefly activating an electrical field. He stabbed it. Zdog’s dad dashed behind the M.R.F Leader to use the enemy to hurt the boss. It became so angry at the Compute-Air, it friendly fired it. Sargeant attacked another with the Ice Wall Machine. MIB and Drix threw their Boomerangs at the other foes, but the M.R.F Leader swiped them. Pikachu zapped the last one.
_The enemy stomped him in the arms and was badly injured. Drix snatched the Poison Arrows from Sargeant and charged them up as he aimed. The M.R.F Leader picked Pikachu up by the strap and threw him. I barely caught him. The foe pushed MIB into the water and created Electric Fish on both sides. He quickly escaped. Drix let go of the arrow and slowed the enemy down for about 5 seconds. Swellow Wing Attacked the enemy and stunned it. Zdog used his Missile Seekers again. Sargeant activated his Electric Lava Device. The M.R.F Leader blew fire at MIB, but he blocked it with the Fire Wall Machine. The M.R.F Leader roared and almost electrocuted Sargeant. Snap's dad sliced the forehead. The M.R.F Leader threw another crate at him. China-Power used his Lava Squirter. The M.R.F Leader countered spitting out its lava. Zdog failed to cut the leg. Morcon tortured the boss with the Sword of Gravity. It came back tripping him, and then hitting the ground creating a tiny shockwave. Laguini assisted Lumate reflecting the light beam towards the boss with a Reflector. I threw my Electric Boomerang. Again, it was paralyzed. Oniman cut one hatch with a mini sword. Laguini kicked the enemy just before the hatches shut. Oniman fired its head. Froncees sleethed with his swords. Snap's dad used the Lava Absorber and Morcon's Poison Arrows. The M.R.F Leader made it rain lava. Lumate protected us using the Light Shield. Pikachu fired his Laser Device again. This blew open the giant sphere from its forehead. The M.R.F Leader’s accuracy fell and was more vulnerable.
_Foncees yelled in Nomel's microphone for backup; "Hello! Is anyone there!? Can you read me!?"
There was an answer back; "Yes we can. Who is this?"
Froncees replied as he hid behind the crate, "This is Froncees! We need to call in an air strike! Now is our chance to kill the M.R.F Leader! AAHHHHH SHOOT! I was almost hit."
"They'll be there as soon as possible! Where is Nomel?"
"He's dead. I had to take most of his gear with me."
_Pikachu lit up the M.R.F Leader. It hit him in the face and thankfully, no teeth were knocked out. Froncees threw darts. Sageant fired his Ice Wall Machine again. China-Power used his sword, followed by Zdog’s dad banging the head with the boomerang. Swellow clawed the M.R.F Leader once more. It knocked it onto the ground. As the foe regained orientation, it hit Snap’s father in the arm. Snap electrified the M.R.F with the Electric Piece, assisting Pikachu launching Volt Tackle. Drix helped Snap’s dad slash the last boss. Morcon used a Chainsaw of Gravity and the M.R.F Leader could not use another move. The air force appeared and shot plasma missiles at the enemy. The M.R.F Leader lied flat on its back. Lumate charged his beam until it was humongous and fired it. It was extremely bright. After that, Sargeant jumped up in the air and stabbed the M.R.F Leader very hard as he came down. He jumped off and the M.R.F Leader started to scream extremely loud and rapidly changed to all of its forms repeatedly. Finally, it exploded after the forms switched too fast. Once and for all, the Mean-Red-and-Fierce Leader has been defeated!
_After a long pause, I said, “It looks like that’s the end of the Mean-Red-and-Fierce Leader.”
Lumate said, “Yes, we have finally finished the war.”
Zdog's dad shouted, "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT!!!???"

Chapter 29
"Escaping the Castle and the M.R.F's True Story"

_There was a freakishly gigantic army of the M.R.F Leader's creatures coming to attack us. We were about to be surrounded in a tight circle.
Lumate ordered, "Oniman, teleport us out of here!"
He replied, "I can't. I used all of my energy! The only way out must be through the castle!"
_We entered in the castle and saw it was collapsing.
Froncees yelled, "This place is collapsing!"
Oniman responded, "We have no choice but to MOVE! Let's go now!"
_We ran through the first door. Part of the pole fell in front of us. Zdog blasted it with the Missile Seekers. Another one fell right behind us as we sprinted on.
_A Grass Dog crashed through the roof. Pikachu paralyzed it. We sprinted to the next door. Just before we closed it, a vine caught Snap. Swellow used the Plasma Claws cautiously.
_We reached the room where the boulder was and kept on running. We heard the Grass Dog coming after us. Froncees defeated it quick with the Sword of Gravity.
_Next was the room where the Orange Cow had been. Just before we were half way to the door, another Grass Dog jumped on me. It attempted rip me apart, but before it could, Lumate shot it off. The enemy missed, charging at him. It made roots come out of the ground, but didn’t crush him either. Somehow, Lumate pulled one of the vines out and hit the enemy with it. Oniman helped finishing the Grass Dog off. We barged out of the castle just before it started to glow.
Morcon yelled at the top of his lungs, “WE’RE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT! IT’S GOING TO EXPLODE!”
We were a few yards away from it. Just before the building blew up, Lumate shoved Snap and Zdog aside and formed a shield. The castle exploded and debris hit the bubble shield as if someone dumped a garbage dumpster into the trash men’s truck, including one huge chunk of the door. Imagine that in slow motion. The whole army dropped dead.
_I said, "That was too close."
Froncees said, "Yes it was. Oh! Guys, about that story why the M.R.F Leader—Well we studied Earth. We always wanted to have a different home planet other than just Lunimight. We chose Earth, but then we were too shy to go because we discovered living beings with our satellites. Remember the picture in our HQ? We pirates used to live in Lumate's city. We asked if we could do an experiment on creating a living creature. It was supposed to provide us without doing all of the work… It would only do some, so no one would be lazy about working. That way, we wouldn’t have as much chores as well. But something was corrupted. We are not sure what happened, but once we brought it to life using our computers, it started attacking the city. We used some spray powder to force the M.R.F Leader to sleep. Nomel saw the cord had cracked and the C.T.L, or Create-the-Living machine must have misread its program. It woke up again as we started attempting to fix the problem. It broke free of us and fled. Lumate was angry and kicked us out of his city. We decided to make an HQ somewhere else. The enemy started making armies of creatures, causing Lumate and his members of the city to fight the army. They knew it was from the M.R.F Leader. They knocked it out, thinking it was dead. We didn't suspect it to have multiple forms. Long after that, you guys landed. The M.R.F Leader must have awoken days before that."
Lumate took over, "While you guys were here, the army was coming. It was so sudden because we thought we wouldn't need to fight it the second time."
Snap's dad said, "That explains why this whole thing happened."
“Hold that story!”
We all looked at where that came from. It was an alien teenager.
Lumate asked, “Who are you?”
He answered, “I’m Rox. The story about this ‘M.R.F Leader’ isn’t the full story.”
We replied in surprise, “What?”
Rox told us more of the story; “Yes. My friend and I were on the Airnet. We were bored, so we were looking for random stuff there. Then my friend saw that program for the M.R.F Leader. He erased what was on there and started to write random information. We had no idea what that really was. The chord being cracked causing the C.T.L machine to misunderstand its program is not completely true. I apologize and I hope my friend will too.”
Lumate asked, “But why did your friend randomly write something evil?”
“I told you, we were bored. But we promise never to do that again.”
I asked, “Why were the enemies so easy in the beginning?”
Froncees answered, “I don’t know, but I think the M.R.F Leader was testing our moves.”
Snap asked, “Why was the lava there?”
Rox answered, “It helped them breathe.”
China-Power made another question; “Why did Laguini attack us?”
She told him, “It was my job to make sure nobody young and feeble would enter in the dangerous war. I sprinted out the front portal when I saw the place collapse.”
Someone fell from the tree. We were startled. All of us stared at him.
Lumate asked, "Marky, why are you here? What is that in your hand?"
Froncees walked over; "That's the cloning dart bow. Where did you get this?"
Marky replied, "I got it from your HQ. I'm sorry!"
I responded, "WHAT!?"
I walked over and picked him up with my fist.
He explained in a scared voice, "I was only trying to help you guys! I used this because I thought it would help you on your mission! I didn't realize it would make a clone that was evil! I really am very sorry, so please don't kill me! I beg you, please!"
My fist loosened rapidly and I dropped him.
I said in a quieter voice, "It's ok. I forgive you."
He was surprised and relieved; "Really!? Thank you so much! I mean it! Thanks!"
_Lumate said, "I guess we should go back to the city now. You able to teleport us Oniman?"
He answered, "Yes I am."

Chapter 30
"The Party in Lumate's City"

_We were back at the entrance of the city and the sky transformed from gray clouds, back to a purple-green sky. We walked in and hundreds stood still, making room for us to walk. Pikachu was looking around unsure why nobody was clapping. Everyone said thank you as we stopped at the grave where the dead died during the attack of the M.R.F Leader's army. Just as if a war was over on Earth, Lumate had a speech for the dead aliens, including Nomel. What caught my ears was Lumate said, “This is why we should not start a fight, but we must finish it.” My dad said the same thing before.
_After that, they celebrated. There wasn't music included in the party.
Zdog asked, "Where is the music?"
Umate replied, "Music? What are talking about?"
"Never mind. It's just something we listen to on Earth in parties."
_We visited the restraint. They gave us food that did not look edible, but we tried it. The food tasted great. Everyone else at the restraint tapped their cups together just as we do and they said, "For our victory!"
After we finished eating, Lumate told us, "I know this one lady that walks so slow, it's like she walks only one mile per hour, but in her definition, it is one miles per hour!"
Lumon (remember, the chef?) said, "One of these days, she's going to reach her new speed, two miles per hour."
Zdog's dad said, "Wow, that’s messed up. Wait until she reaches three miles."
Sargeant added, "She would crash."
We all threw our hands at him; “Tsssshhhh!”.
_We walked to the weapon store and returned the gear. It was crowded because so many were returning their weaponry as well.
_Lumate showed us the pets they have in the farm-like building. "These are Acid Dogs. They are not fun to play with when they are mad of coarse. Their fur on the face generates acid, allowing them to fire at will. The Boomble Bees are loud when stinging the predator. That's why we named it the Boomble Bees because it makes the loud booming sound. The Stretching Wolves can tie you up until you suffocate. They can even stretch their heads 4 yards! The Electric Cats are good at roasting food. They also move the fur depending on its mood. Poisonous Snakes are not the best pets. They are able to change their color rapidly." Lumate went on until it had been 10 minutes.
Drix asked, "Why do the Poisonous Snakes hate the Cold Rats so much?"
Lumate responded, "That's a mystery. No one knows, but we think it might have to do with their coldness."
"So they hate anything that is cold?"
"Most likely."
I said, "I don't see why the Dirt Hoppers hibernate in the summer."
Anethan replied, "They don't like the heat and there is not much to do in the shade. That's why they hibernate."
China-Power asked, “Are there any pets without powers?”
Rox answered, “Only the Bright Dogs. They don’t have anything special, they’re just a little bright in the daytime.”
_2 hours later, the party was almost over. Rox told us, “Well I better get back to my home--in the city, Miomo [my-oh-mo].” We gave him a good-bye. Snap's dad drew a map of the Earth for Lumate. We headed back to the space shuttle. We noticed it was pointing upwards with two round bulldozers.
MIB asked, "How did you fix our ship's position?"
Lumate answered, "Easy, we had those bulldozers hold the ship and flip it over simultaneously."
Zdog asked, "What does simultaneously mean?"
His dad answered, "At the same time."
We walked to the space shuttle and we all said good-bye. Lumate, Froncees, and everyone else said the same.
_We flew off as Snap's dad replied to a message the scientists sent him. I felt bad after leaving Lunimight. After the ship hit the other layers of the planet, it sparkled as if a star exploded from far away.

Chapter 31
"Back on Earth"

_After catching up on our sleep in the shuttle, we woke up a few minutes before landing back on Earth.
_Stepping out of the space shuttle afterwards was a breeze. We told everyone what happened after they were done clapping, being thankful that we were ok. They were shocked.
_Most of our neighborhood gathered at Zdog's house. His dad told us it was great knowing us after packing up to move.
I saw tears on Zdog's face and he said, "Xcat… I'm sorry the way I treated you on our trip. It was nice knowing you… Good-bye."
I replied, "Good-bye Zdog. It was nice knowing you too."
He walked away, very upset that he had to move to Texas. I gave him my foot-ball with a picture of me and my other friends. His last words were, "Thanks, good-bye--Xcat." I waved. He sat in the car with his family and drove off.
_We all had a party in Snap's house WITH MUSIC this time. Everybody had a great time celebrating the last day Zdog lived in Georgia and the fact that we came back in one piece. This was one of the rare moments Pikachu and Swellow were fed a lot of food and they were excited! Snap’s mom--for once--didn’t mind cleaning up after a party, unlike usual.
_Although this wasn't mentioned in the story, now my friends believed I was strong, unlike before our trip. I became better at catching in football, better kicker in soccer, and many other sports. I ran extremely fast as well.
_One day, I recorded a video of my friends and I playing football again. After that, I emailed Zdog the video.
His reply was, “Nice job, Xcat. I love your speed in football and you are getting so much better at catching. Your throwing range and accuracy is almost perfect. Keep up the good work.
Hey, why was Pikachu holding the camera after the game was over? He looked clueless.

I answered him saying that the little part of Pikachu holding the camera was an accident.
_While I was in bed having a sleep over with my friends, I thought about all the good times I had with Zdog before and during the adventure in Lunimight.
_I hope one day, I will be able to see Lunimight again. I learned that the aliens were nicer than I thought before the war started (I was suspicious of them when we landed on their planet). If they visited our planet, that would be just as cool, as long as no one would panic and cops wouldn’t scare them away. I am sure they are doing just as well as we are. Perhaps next year, I, Xcat and some of my friends will travel back to Lunimight.

Epilogue:
_The reason why Snap’s dad entered Lunimight rather than the moon was he made a miscalculation on where the moon was going to be when we were going to land. Instead, the math he did lead us into Lunimight. This was basically a miracle for that planet. When the war was over, we realized that as we were flying out of the planet, war was short on Lunimight, unlike Iraq on Earth. Who would have seen this coming? Of course, no one would have expected the unexpected.
